I guess it's not always that easy. But I get this, and it can certainly work. I like the focus on understanding why you're leaving stuff behind.

You're correct, I probably made it sound easier than it is. Changes ebb and flow, but I feel like if something isn't working, delving deeply into why it isn't may help sustain the change. Thanks for your support and sure, Happy Holidays to you and yours! MM
